Need a Firefly Themed Name for Work Group

I'm putting together this group at work that will be a sort of a brainstorming group. The idea is to get my coworkers thinking more critically, getting better, blah blah blah, you get the idea.

I've been trying to come up with a name for the group that's catchy and leaves the impression of a group of nobodies starting to push back on the people who've given them crap over the years. I also want it to be Firefly themed, simply because, well, it's shiny.

So I know the obvious choice is "Browncoats," but that is too obvious and most people won't get it. I need something that will essentially 'trick' them into coming to the meetings because it sounds cool, and because it gives the impression that we're no nonsense. The best suggestion I've gotten isn't Firefly related: "Skunk Works" (although it is aviation related, which is the field I'm in.)

Any suggestions from the group?

The Independents. Possible with any number of descriptive adjectives prepended!

Objections in Space. (In reference to the type of group you're trying to gather.)

The Cobb Crew

Bushwacked

Persephone Bound

A Mighy Roar

The Outer Rim

Lets be Bad Guys

...anything you think you could use from that?

Sorry for not getting back guys, but I had the meeting with the group where we pick our name yesterday.

Here are the names I suggested:

The Independents
Let's be Bad Guys
Blue Sons
and Blue Hand Group

The winner?

So the name of the group is: Marketing Misfits and our motto is "Let's be Bad Guys."

It was kind of an uphill battle to get them to agree to some of those, but I'm just peachy with the motto.
