The Good Seeds was good. Lots of positive stuff in it. I see why Sonisall says it was his favourite so far. I'm seeing the series getting up to speed quickly.
Only one thing- the human city-that-was in The Trap seemed only a few days ride from Ape City (West Coast Branch), yet they never discovered it before? Oh well, I guess any number of things might reasonably explain that. I was frankly awed by the production value in that ep- trashing a back lot city set like that ain't cheep. And Jerry Finnerman's (of Trek TOS fame)photography is beautiful.

The Legacy was great, even though I had a couple of "Landru" moments...
Curiously though, Tomorrow's Tide didn't do much for me. The big toy shark may have had something to do with it...
The Surgeon, on the other hand, was excellent! Same director as The Trap, I noticed. Sonisall noted a few "Star Trek sounding" musical ques. Very good character interaction.
So far, a very good call "ordering" this human to get it- thanks OP.

Tomorrow's Tide holds a lot of nostalgia for me, so I count that as a favorite.
I really wish the series would have continued. 14 episodes just isn't nearly enough to justify such a cool concept and untold ideas for the astronauts and Galen.

The Deception started out like it might be trite, but they managed to conjure up quite a good little tale with involving characters! Pete's kiss, while totally expected, hearkened back to Taylor & Zira.
I'm really enjoying Finnerman's photography; it's like Star Trek with more camera movement. And primo musical scores.

I have The Incredible Hulk, Star Trek Animated, and Kung Fu, now POTA (I can't believe I haven't seen it in so long...).
Now all that's missing for me is Man From Atlantis.
I have an old VHS copy of the pilot, but I remember some of the episodes were really good too.
No series DVD release yet, though.

The Interrogation was another winner. Once again, Urko embraces the Dark Side. It was a hoot to see Galen's parents too.
The Tyrant was both dark & funny... how'd they get away with that? But Sonisall didn't like that that kid got killed...
The Cure was well done too.
*sob* only 2 left to go...
This must have been a real expensive show to produce- the lighting & photography are definitely movie-quality.

I think the budget was about 1 mil an episode. In 1974 that was pretty steep.
When I got the series in 2001, it was the first time I had seen every episode. As a kid I loved it, and thought it may not hold up. Wrong! When I finished it was my new favorite sci-fi series(right behind Star Trek).

I had no idea Roddy was only 70 when he passed away.
He certainly brought magic to the role of Cornelius in POTA. And charm to Galen in the tv series(one of the reasons I admire it so much).
The last role I watched him in was Fright Night(1985) and yes, he made that movie better than it should have been also.
Truly one of the great actors of the time.
