Well, apparently the Nerd Herd gods are angry at me now. I tried reading this WHILE watching Chuck, and my computer is now DOA.
13" white MacBook, now will not start. I've reset the PRAM, reset the SMC, etc., etc., but to no avail. It *tries* to start up, but gets stuck on the gray Apple screen (before the OS-X startup screen), and will go no further. I get the chime, I get the fans powering up, but it just won't wake up and go.
Probably the biggest downside to that is that it's how I charge and sync my iPod and iPhone as well, so when I'm incommunicado, I'm REALLY incommunicado!
On top of which, I'm *SLAMMED* at work, several pallets going out, lots to Petco, lots to Marshall's, some to TJMaxx, some to Bed, Bath & Beyond, and one each to Japan, Hong Kong, and Taiwan - all while trying to set up new vendors and suppliers and keep product flowing in in a timely manner.
So in other words, I ain't escaping out of here any time soon to take it to the shop! I'll basically be more of a ghost than usual for the next few days, if not weeks.
The modern definition of "socialist" is anyone who's winning an argument against a tea-bagger.

I kind of miss the hair too. The clean cut look is okay, and necessary for his line of work I suppose, but I do miss the mop. Guess it could be a way of "maturing" the character a bit, to separate him from the goofy, innocent kid he was in season 1.

I certainly hope so! We fought hard enough to keep it on the air. LOL Hopefully now NBC sees the value in keeping Chuck in their lineup. Like to see it run for at least another 3-4 seasons so long as the show quality and chemistry stays consistent.
