i ojbect to the use of the term "gary stu" to describe a male raging suethor, when there is the perfectly serviceable "mary sue", which also has the added impact of making the suethor all girly.
also, jayne writes more like Mitch Album, and whoever the blackgaurd is who inflicted The Shack on the world.

I am, a fan, of My Immortal, which, I find to be fascinating, on a variety of levels, all of which relate to authors' grammar, which while important, is not as important, as use of grammar on a forum.
Ringo is a revelation but still properly a Mary Sue.

I'm really not sure at all what Book might write. Crime Drama? That is, if he does - he may be the only exception to the insanity.

The characters sit around telling stories about what they want to do with a crap ton of money they've stumbled over. :) Things are implied.
Although the one about Mal is from Take The Sky.
Kaylee ships herself and Simon a lot (obviously), and she also clearly ships Mal and Inara, and if we allow Jewel Staite here to speak for Kaylee, and infer that Kaylee also goes for Jayne/Saffron and mpreg, especially considering what Saffron DID to them and how most people wouldn't be immediately trying to pair Saffron off, it's pretty safe to claim Kaylee ships everyone x everyone. :)
