(It's for sentimental reasons, BTW) And I agree with you on Thunderball. It had just the right mix of everything.
And I really need to rewatch You Only Live Twice and The Man with The Golden Gun, I recall really hating them for some reason or other. But it has probably been since the late '80s that I've seen them. Guess I'm gonna do a mini-Bond marathon myself soon.

Trying my hardest, I find that to be objective, I must split into two tracks of thought; old school & new. There can be no ONE best because of the change in the times these flicks were made in IMO.
Therefore, my choices are Thunderball and Tomorrow Never Dies. Both nearly perfect to a 'T.'
