Was there another crossover ep? I haven't watched W13 since Fargo was there the first time, and there hasn't been another mention of Claudia on Eureka so far.

No, no new crossover. She reconnected with Todd the hardware store guy only for him to have to leave. Don't really want to say why because it will ruin last night's Warehouse 13 episode if you haven't seen it yet.

While it was nice, the idea of a perpetual back and forth between the two shows is nigh unworkable. Perhaps a repeat encounter between Claudia and Fargo could happen, but to expect them to carry on a running relationship..... just isn't in the stars.
