Most of his tweets seem to be political in nature. Could he be referring to "fee-for-service" providers in health care? Or "Measure FF" in California tax law? He should definitely be more specific...

It did the same to mine. I checked in with Twitter this morning and I had 0 followers and I was following 0 people. So, he tweeted just before about losing them, then this was right after.
