For the record; gold (Kirk, Sulu, Checkov) = command and navigation, blue (Spock, McCoy) = science and medicine, and red (Scotty, Uhura, and extras doomed to die) = engineering, technical, and security. So I think whoever 'shopped this did fairly well with the assignments.
