I doubt anyone here has seen "The Prarie Home Companion Movie" but me an' Hubby. I cried like a baby and I don't do that. Hubby liked it and he's into macho movies. Hilarious, sad, poetic and quirky. I highly reccomend it.

Oh, and "Where The Red Fern Grows" always did get me....

On this matter, make no mistake. I want you to go fuck yourself long and hard, as well as anyone who agrees with you. I got no use for you.

Fuck you, you cock sucking community activist piece of shit.

I'm shocked! That brings the total number of people I know that have ever heard of PHC to ...two now? It's always nice to me to hear someone make fun of themselves and their religion and to get away with it so eloquently, and I love "the news from Lake Woebegone" and my kid even likes to listen to "Wait, wait- Don't tell me" Didn't get a chance to go to the live theater broadcast a while back, wanted to, though... I think I identified that movie with my dad's troubles... Hubby still plays the "Bad Jokes" song on YouTube as a pick-me-up sorta thang...

I've seen that one too actually.
With a cast like that, it was a no-brainer. Haven't seen it in a while though, might have to see if I can find it cheap on DVD!
Wonderful film.
