I haven't seen this linked, yet, even though it's almost a month old. It lists Firefly as one of the worst TV series finales, although it acknowledges that the episode wasn't written as a finale. But it's still nice that it includes the BDS with long-running popular series like M*A*S*H, Cheers, etc.

Its made even worse when you remember that the actual broadcast finale was the pilot, "Serenity".

It was ridiculous for them to have even included Firefly on that list. They know gorram well that no episode of the series was intended to be a finale because Joss didn't get the chance to write one that way. It is the only one season show on the list, with Arrested Development having run for three short years. They might as well have put Freaks and Geeks in the mix, or how about Drive? Now that was one unsatisfying sixth and final episode!

I don't understand how you can call a last epesode a bad finale if it was pulled off the air. Had some of these series been given time to write a final episode then they may had turned out different. This list makes no sense.

Quantum Leap - worst ??

Are they out of their freaking minds ? Sure, it was heartbreaking and all, but I thought it was very powerful.

Firefly wasn't suppose to BE the series finale, so screw them!

TSCC season 2 finale isn´t on there as the best finale ever so the list isn´t valid. And the BSG finale was lame.

They left out "Frasier", I'd put that on the best list. Maybe these dopes are counting "Serenity" as a final episode?
