My moneys on wash too. I remember reading an interview with him where he said he was the cast member who was causing the hold ups. I also remember seeing something where he said he pretty much stayed on the ship most of the time while the others went off to do their thing. If he was just on the ship it would be pretty easy to film all of his scenes at once.

My bet's on Wash too- read the new issue of SFX, he talks about how great filming is, but does say that his role is dominated by "Ok, you're off now, have fun" followed by "hey, you're all still alive, shiny, let's fly off again!!" (Ok, so not EXACTLY that he said, but i'm too tired to go find my copy!!) plus, he may have finished FILMING his other 2 films, but there's still all the promos etc...
