We are not trying to keep people out, but we do want to present a united, uniform Battalion of Independent soldiers, and one of the best ways to do this is to look the same.

Yeah we're missing D*C for teh first time so it's a big sigh...baby's vaccines were very expensive and that plus house buying totallyed our D*C fund. We'll all make it next year never you fear:)
