Aside from the obligatory Firefly phrases, I enjoy using "What's the rumpus?" from Miller's Crossing.
There's also a plethora from The Big Lebowski: "You're out of your element, Donny!", "Careful man, there's a beverage here!", "Yeah, well, that's just, like, your opinion, man.", "F*** it, Dude, let's go bowling.", etc.
CapnRahn's name reminds me of a good multi-purpose one, "Why is that, Captain Ron?" (in response to Kurt Russell's statement that engines love oil like a sailor loves his rum).

It does me heart good to see SO many different phrases thrown out. Hopefully they will inspire others to check out series and movies that they may have not seen for whatever odd reason.
As to British comedy - check out "Coupling" and "Father Ted"! HI-Larious!!!

Honestly, I'm kinda surprised at the dearth of "Angel" catch phrases here...
Here are a couple from the 3rd season episode "Sleep Tight" that are worth repeating:
