Why? Not because of suerior strength or aything, but because all the rest are bone fide, all American "Good Guys" who, sooner or later, would have a "what are we fighting for, and why don't we team up and go after the evil Oppyh who is forcing us to do this?" moment.
Bond, on the other hand, is a cold hearted killer who just happens to be on the good guys' team. He's more like The Operative.
(Meanwhile, at half time, some cute looking Girl Scouts appear bearing oranges and first aid kits... but then turn out to be River Tam, HitGirl and Buffy who proceed to cream the lot of them...)
