Oh and one more thing.

The good Captain left his computer up and running over the weekend while he was not home. Lightening occurred. Bad things happened.

At this time he does not have a functionl computer, which is hopefully going to be fixed soon. He is working on it even now.

So you will either hear from him soon, or you will hear from me about him ...

Gotta love it,

Debs

Ah, cripes. Would you please ask CapnRahn to stop hogging all of the bad luck?

Episode VI: Return of the Geezer

Woof! An unexpected family crisis (successfully resolved), a race weekend (2nd place, my best finish yet), and a trip to Fla. (DisneyWorld!) have kept me on the run and away from home and computers for a while. Looks like it's time to get back in the game. Guess that Thorne should head for the galley for some of Rowan's yummy chicken-like stuff.

Is VonMunchausen's Syndrome the one where someone keeps coming up with various ailments in order to garner attention? I'm beginning to get suspicious over here.

GEEZER: Welcome back - congrats on the trophy. My brother's been a mechanic for stock car and go-cart racing. His boss is into it, and the boss's son. Now when he's not on a roof someplace, he's in a pit someplace.

From the RP post by Geezer
Merz and Rowan are just starting a game of nineball on the holotable.

Just thought I should mention, it's holo-billiards with a 9-ball setting on the galley table. I guess to me "holotable" sounds like Serenity's got a Star Wars style game board, reminiscent of the Millenium Falcon's. Sadly, not the case. You probably recall this now, but Rowan installed the micro-projectors herself.

If I were REALLY anal, I'd be able to tell you how many projectors there are, and which act she did that in... someday I shall achieve the level of our Capn, but not anytime soon.

Thorne tends sometimes to be rather casual in his terminology, especially when hungry. He was of course referring to a portable holo-billiards projector setup, in the nine-ball configuration, using the galley table as a base. I'll speak to him about that when he's done with the yummy sesame chickenish stuff.

See, the second I wrote it I knew I was getting carried away. I bow to our resident master of sarcasm and add a sincere

How's "holo-billiards set-up" set with you?

Fine with me. I generally call it a "pool table", which probably makes you flinch too. I'm a peasant in these matters.

So would I, if it was a pool table, which at the moment...well, I guess it is if you ignore the plank boards...hmmm. What the heck, you can call it, "her little pool table." I won't mind.

why'm I still talkin about this?

Geezer sang a lot and said:
Now face to face with the paralyzed Rowan, he kisses her lightly on the lips, giggles like a schoolgirl, and skips out of the room.

Hahaha! WTF?
