This is me getting a little bit sick of all the political threads and animosity they seem to be feeding here. So this is a thread in which we are going to talk about anything and everything that has NOTHING to do with politics. Any mention of politics and I shall leave you at the mercy of Mr. Fluff!

Ok, self centered person that I am I wanted everyone to know I'm working on a book. If you were here last time I was you might remember I was working on a piece of gos se, this is not that.

No this one is good, and I'm 80,000 words into it.

I mentioned it a couple of times, as it fit into som conversations, but I wanted to come out and say it full on.

I'm making a costume for the opening of Serenity, have any ideas? I've got a tee-shirt planned out but trying to figure out a bottom...

Here's a non political question for you....

I just saw the trailer for the new I, Robot movie last night on the tube.

Now, nothing against Alan Tudyk or anything (I think the guys the best pilot anyone could ask for), but is anyone else just a little shocked that the movie plot does not seem to have even the most remote connection to the Asimov story?

Whats with the legions of attacking robots and stuff?????

I'll be wearing a blue sun t-shirt and I'm thinking of knitting an orange hat (it is still cold enough on April 22nd, don't you think?)

Thats cool! (really good idea!!) Would you mind if I bummed your idea about the hat, or maybe I can find a cowboy hat? BTW London Fog makes really awesome coats.

Do you think it's okay to wear a long skrit with a tee-shrit and combat boots? or should I stick with a kaki cargos?

I'm going to put together my fancy togs for the premier shindig. Recycling my Klondike Kate dress should do the trick. This year it will be all red and low cut and saloon girly. :)
