Dont know abou Jaynes knife but I bought one of these and I guarantee you wouldnt be disappointed with it. Its apparently a 3/4 size version of the offical navy seal knife. I read somewhere that some of the seals prefer this one to the full size version. I love mine.

I believe it's this one although you may want to double check. At least they sell it and I assume that's why you ask.
I'd have one but I doubt UK customs would let it through and I'm not willing to take the chance.

Howdy Bertslater,
The knife in question is a Patrick Henry Liberty Bowie by Rough Rider, which is the store brand for a place called Smoky Mountain Knife Works. I think the bladematrix link above is right but alas, I cannot check it til I leave work. (By some divine providence fff.net is one of the, like four and a half sites, I can access) I'll post a link to thier site tonight sometime.

I thought Jaynes knife had a stag horn handle (Based of the episode "Jaynestown"). I heard there's a website that sells the sheath that Jayne has with a Bowie knife that doesn't have a staghorn handle. You probably could swap out the handles.
