It's the real cover - he was tryin for Lincoln Memorial, and got somewhere between Vladimir Putin (badass) and Hugo Chavez (pimpdaddy)...
And yet, he STILL manages to make it more awesome than offensive!
We wasted that guy on the presidency, we shoulda sent HIM to the UN instead of that obvious lunatic Bolton, cause he's slick enough to sell snow to Canadians and make a profit, like the Mouth of Sauron with the voice of Thulsa Doom and actual charm behind it.
Wouldn't trust him as far as I could toss him, but when it comes to international diplomacy, definitely a guy you want on YOUR side.

Gawd, I can't believe he posed for that! Talk about ego run wild, if he thought it made him look GOOD!?!?! He failed at what he was trying to do, if that was it; he looks more to me like Popeye, with his huge hands and skinny arms and leeetle tiny head! His hands are bigger than his head...you sure it wasn't photoshopped? Like by someone who hated him? Tho' I imagine he had to proof it, didn't he? Shees...
Somebody should have told him that Lincoln kept his LEGS TOGETHER, which made him look wise and still...given the idiocy of Clinton's actions, that cover is hysterical--would do well as a cover for Mad Magazine! I don't think he made sleazy look awesome, more like "disproportionate horny sleaze you should never trust or let near your daughter!" (and I'm a Clinton fan, mind you)
On the other hand, yes, you're right, he could charm the skin off a bear, and there were better uses for him by far.

BTW, George Washington was a Founding Father, and is listed as such in many references.
Gotta agree with that. As leader of the Continental Army, it'd be hard to make a case for Washington NOT being one of the Founding Fathers.
For me, the entire hilarity of the interview lies in Beck's fawning admiration of Palin, and that simple (and simplistic) "All of 'em" response, as if those very same words haven't gotten her in trouble enough already. It's the same answer, in the same kind of circumstance, as the infamous walk-n-talk with "The Perky One" - Here's a chance to wow us all with your encyclopedic knowledge and breadth of interests; show us what you've got. "Ummmm... all of 'em?"
As is her norm, she just seems unprepared. Heck, the woman could have a doctorate in history (we're speaking hypothetically, of course), with a special interest in the Revolutionary War and the founding of the United States, but if she gives us that deer-in-the-headlights type of answer every time she's asked an open-ended question, she's never going to be taken for smart.
This was Beck trying to let her shine, and she instead came across as a dim bulb.

So, technically, both you & Palin FAIL, HK.

As I've already explained to PN, the name was George Wassenstein. I pray you don't forget it a second time. ;)

How about calling them stupid? How about the snark of the commentator in the clip you posted?

The fact is, the question was about the signing and who signed.
Try watching the video. At about 2:10, Beck asked, "Who's your favorite Founder?" Also, the commentator, at 4:58, repeats Beck's question as "who's your favorite Founding Father?", and again at about 6:30.

Quoting the idea that everyone involved in the revolution was a "founding father" doesn't change what people BELIEVE and what people mean when they refer to the "founding fathers".
Now you're just getting silly. Pretty much every source I can find discussing the Founding Fathers includes Washington as one of them. I find it hard to believe that you can make the assertion that the man who lead Continental forces to victory over the British, presided over the Constitutional Convention, and was the first President of the United States should not be considered a Founding Father.
Aside from Wiki posted earlier, we got:
http://americanrevwar.homestead.com/files/FATHERS.HTM
http://www.foundingfathers.info/
http://www.archives.gov/exhibits/charters/constitution_founding_father
s.html
I could post a few hundred more, but you get the idea, I hope.

As to what we find humor in, Palin provides it herself.
Then why minutes of the snarky, sarcastic commentator in your video having to tell you what's supposed to be funny? Why not just post up the interview and let it speak for itself?

Try typing "Founding Fathers diverse group" into google.
Apparently a lot of history sites, historians and authors do consider the Founding Fathers a diverse group.

Niki, I think that's EXACTLY the pose Clinton WANTS people to see. Big hands? Check. (You know what big hands are a sign of, allegedly, right?). Legs apart? Check.
Slippery Bill, aka Slick Willie, WANTS you - and all ladies, of course - to see him as being right out there; he finds this kind of display EMPOWERING, because it gives him all the more chance to remind all women everywhere of his sexual power and prowess.
