Right you are.

But they tried. I guess some day I'll have to give it a shot. I even own a rolling pin now. So, I can actually make pie crusts and not just buy the lame frozen ones. I've done the crumbly graham cracker kind too but they never hold together at all for me. Though they are yummy as heck for an apple pie. It kinda turns into a caramel like flavor. Yummy!

well then white pizza is like the stuff I'm used to. I believe the sauce thing on pizza is an American adaption...which is why we call it "pizza Americana". form what my parents tell me, in Sicily the Pizza toppings were added as accents to make the flat bread more interesting.

Zero- I have an AWESOME pie crust recipe that's super easy to make and always comes out right if you want it:)

As for your graham cracker ones here's what you do. 2 cups graham cracker crumbs 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 1/4 cup melted butter. mix and pat into pie shell. Trust me that's solid as a rock( and yet still yummy)

Actually Boris white sauce is the American addition. The original pizzas were tomato, basil, and cheese and started in Naples:)

1 1/2 c flour
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 c canola or similar oil
2T cold milk
Mix dry ingredients then add oil and milk. Mix well, roll out and use. Super easy and always turns out just right. You don't even need to roll it you can just pat it into the pie pan and fill then roll out the top crust

Local pizza joint called THe Pizza Barn us Heavenly and Sinful at the same time.

Is that possible?

ADD: "Pizza" and "Ranch Dressing"... gotta love the sensation of laughing cold beer up through ones nose.

We have snow here, unfortunately, I work from home, so no excuse to stay home . Love pizza, favorite family night is pizza and wings night, get pizza from Papa Murphey's, buffalo chicken strips, soda, and some movies.
Anyway, today is my Monday, and I'm feeling it. Want to crawl back in bed, which is only 10 feet away, sooooo tempting!

My Monday too. I know employers won't go for a constant 3 day weekend system, but how about a "1 hour off on Monday's" system? Start work an hour late and let everyone sleep in a little before the Monday grind sets in. I think it would be great.
