Then again, Fox was the new network that took a chance on shows that, in retrospect, should have been on cable. Without Fox taking the chance, we might never have seen Firefly or Dollhouse. These two shows didn't find an audience soon enough, and while it's nice to say that Fox should have carried them for a year or two until everyone got the memo, that's not the way the TV biz works anymore.
It's easy to hate Fox, but without them, we wouldn't even be having this discussion.

I get it, it's showBUSINESS, right?
Well, if the biz is gonna eff Fox up, I won't cry is all.

If F*X renewed Dollhouse, and moved it to Tuesdays, and funded it, then I might - in alternate universe - consider thinking about thinking about it.

Interesting--Fox seems to be allowing posts that complain about their rate increase, but they're not brave enough to make public our posts that point out how much we would support them if Firefly were still on the air.

Posted my 0.02 plat, but it don't look like it's going to be posted.
I'm guessing that they'll post anything that praises FOX or bashes TWC, but nothing that even remotely makes FOX look even the smallest bit bad.

My comments to FOX:
You know what FOX, I am just going to have to say this serves you right. After the way you have treated fans over the last decade, you deserve this.
Who wants to pay more for a company that can't figure out that it should keep good shows on? That is no way to develop fans, and more importantly, more viewers. So what if shows take a little time to develop. Seinfeld took years to become strong and that worked out pretty well for the show and NBC.
So, yeah, screw you on this one FOX. You have earned it. Now go reap what you have sown.
