"The Way It Was" intros available...?

I don't recall exactly which episodes they were in, but does anyone know if the "historical" montages that were removed from the DVD versions of the eps are available in Quicktime (or some other movie format) anywhere?

I remember loving them when they originally aired, and was disappointed by their exclusion from the DVDs.

They are included in most of the episodes that are floating around the peer networks - Kazaa, WinMx, etc. I don't know of any stand-alone versions.

It strikes me that Book's intro was in the earlier episodes, and Mal's in the later ones, but I can't be sure of which ones exactly

If memory serves, Train Job and Bushwhacked had Books intro, and Out of Gas had Mal's. Those were the only ones I managed to download before I got the DVD's, but I have since deleted them.
