Just to let you know. There was a little confusion for Merz second to last post between words and thoughts. There has been a little judicious editing to straighten this out. I liked the way it came out better, so edited mine.

I posted. I'm going to vacation for about three weeks, starting on Sunday, and so I'll be able to post with about the same frequency. I can use e-mail, but be patient, I don't know when I'll be able to reply.

Everyone: How's everybody doing? I have been thinking that we've been together for quite a while now. I love y'all. How bout an update on how yer doin?

I will start to make it easier, and cuz I wants to. I am pretty good.
Workwise - Lots of IRS tax work to do. Just got switched from working k-1's and 1120S's to 940's. I'll deal with the harshness of the forms with a good Shepherd's spirit... for those of you who don't know how much of a pain those 940 forms can be.
Lovewise - I am going to a party up Ogden canyon tonight. Maybe a hundred or so groovy cats dancin and wandering through the oaks and maples to some jammin live music. I won't tell you what they're doing in the trees besides dancin'. I won't be playing the role of the shepherd either. Imagine this small venue, if you will.... tall mtns, the Rockies, a very steep-sided narrow canyon, a rushing river, steep slopes with pines at the upper levels and very rocky cliffs. A reservoir nearby with good fishing... if you like fishing. Skiing in the winter.. 3 resorts within ten minutes. snow basin powder mtn and nordic valley. (I've worked at nordic and snow basin, by the way. basin in summer... trial crew, much planting; nordic in winter... ski shop.) Did I mention I love to ski? That's probably totally off topic, but I love to ski, so there's never really a bad time to say you love it. anyways, there's this girl, from my work, who'll be up the canyon tonight. I hope she notices me.

Workwise - Well, let's see. Y'all know already I've been on a break this week from work. Can't believe it's over so soon. I'm contemplating a change from my current occupation (church secretary, aka Girl Friday) with a return to temporary work. Girl's gotta be happy, right?

Familywise - I am close to my immediate family - real close in the case of my sister, since we live together. I've been seeing them a lot lately. In the case of my extended family, my best friend/soul-sister's 18 year-old son is leaving today to start his basic training with the Marines, infantry division. My oldest friend's husband also received word that he will be deployed to Bagdad in early July.

Let's change the subject.

Creativitywise - Still working on finishing my first fan fic. If you haven't read it yet, it's called "Heartbroken." I've already started preliminary backstory work on a couple others (Capn, you know what THAT means). And I'd like to get one or two more additions to my Firefly Art Series done before school starts. Any suggestions?

Schoolwise - First week of the 3-week summer break is over. Classes start again on July 12. I'll be posting the results of that soon as well.

You'll notice I left Lovewise until last. I'm inbetween in that category of late. Just can't seem to find a fella who's worth the time, trouble and effort. Then again, with my schedule, there IS no time.
