Firefly pics (for avatars)?

Anybody have links to sites with good smallish pics from firefly? i'm specifically looking for a pic of that shot of river holding the gun just as she fired the third shot in wars stories (hopefully you know what i mean) but other good pics would be nice too. (also a good small but wide shot of that scene with kaylee staring at her drees at the end of shindig)

i actually would like them to use as avatars on other forums (which are bigger then the ones used here, but i ned one fore here too ^_^).

The River with gun scene is my favorite Firefly scene. The avatar I use for this site (the one you see next to my post) is an old screenshot that I took from some other web site and converted into an AIM icon. Later, I used PowerDVD to cap the scene myself, and made some new (better) screencaps.

If you go to http://www.unc.edu/~okkay/firefly/ you'll see the files I've made from that scene. There are 4 files:

npitv.bmp is the screenshot I use for my desktop background.

npitv_aim.jpg is the one I use for my AIM buddy icon.

npitv_anim.gif is a large animated gif I made of the entire shooting sequence.

npitv_anim_sm.gif is a small animated gif that is a little too large for AIM to use, but it might work for certain forums that allow animated gifs.

COOL!! thanks. that big gif is great. and that little one i can use too.

and you can always set up a free account somewhere else if you're concerned about account closure.

one other request if it ain't too much trouble. do you have a still .jpg shot of that? like the last image just after she fires the final shot but before she looks?

something about this size

(i don't know what size that is which is why i posted the pic instead of just saying it)

but i thanks again for the other pics.

EDIT: crap. i didn't know it would actually post the pic. i thought it would just post the link o_O

oh well (shrugs) i'm new so i beg forgivness.

How do you set up custom avatars? In the profile editing when I first signed up, there was the list to pick avatars from, with the option for custom, but when I clicked on it, it didn't then give you the ability to upload the pic to use, or give you a button to click to browse for the pic or anything.

Not sure if this is the way you should do it, but here's what I did. I saved the image I wanted to use for my avatar as a .jpg (making sure it was 48 x 48 pixels) and then e-mailed that file to Haken and asked him if I could have a custom avatar. He's a very busy fellow, but he hooked me up pretty quickly. In case you hadn't read the memo , Haken's "The Man".
