Still, the time table is a bit quizzical. 30K
troops and associated equipment takes a long time
to stage, deploy, and then wrap up and ship home
again. There isn't really going to be much
'boots-on-the-ground' time for many of these
folks, which IMHO, equates to a lot of handwaving
and wasting these folks' time and our collective
money - again.
