Rules for the Blue Sun Room

Hi.
I'm new here and a little lost.
My main question is:
How do you choose which area your submission goes into?
For example: I have a short poem but I can't figure out how to put it in the "poetry" section. Any help would be appreciated (or if there's a FAQ, directions to the FAQ would also be appreciated.)

Oh tricky. Poems are something we've tried to figure out, because in the fanfic section, we don't really have a selectable genre that they fall under.
AnotherSky wrote a fun little poem on a comment in a blog a few months ago, which we all agreed she should post in the Blue Sun Room, but even people who have been around for a while weren't sure where it should go.
Eventually we decided that poems, being similar to song lyrics, maybe should go in the filk section. Though if you can figure out a better solution, we'd be glad to hear it. :)
