Hee! I'm getting rather clucky myself, jie jie! May need to start looking for a man who wants to be a daddy. You know, once I finish this whole school thing. If I ever do, since right now it feels neverending!

Hey, here's an interesting tidbit for all the new parents. Scientists have found that momma's milk has certain stem cells in it, and they think this could help baby's continued muscle and bone development outside the womb. I thought that was pretty amazing stuff.

LOL Briglad he has one... Fillygirl knitted him one while he was still in the womb and it's all set along with his ringer tee, cargo pants, boots, and temp tattoo ( thanks to Artcat) for D*C. Now if only Adam Baldwin will show up so he can have a picture with baby John ( er Jayne?)

Yup Rose and there are over 100 compounds in breast milk they can neither identify or duplicate.. hence why you should only do formula if there's no other choice

OH and baby John has now gained 2 pounds in the last 2 weeks..go good eater baby!!

Not to take away from the cuteness of the kiddo pics...

Helped out on the traffic control for a house move in Stowe VT last Friday. On Tuesday, the moved the main part of the structure (Almost a mile) and on Friday, they moved the roof. The building was the original one room schoolhouse which has now been moved next to the elementary school as a muesum.

Anyway.. on to the pics...

And then on Saturday, it was suddenly winter....

Still on the ground today and in fact, it's snowing right now.

Huh, I got a sudden winter this weekend, too. Well, actually, I've seen about three 'sudden winters' so for this year, followed by balminess, followed by a sudden re-drop in the temperature. I think Colorado is bipolar or something.

MsA,

I had to take my daughter home on Sunday (she lives in Stead, NV) and I got stuck for a few hours due to the snow fall. Well, that and my snapping my widshield wiper blade that had frozen over.

So I took a sick day yesterday, only to find out that UNR had closed for the day due to the snow conditions. Needless to say, they were nice and did not charge me a sick day, but still!

It was -1 degree this morning at 6:30am. I thought I left that kind of weather behind in Michigan! That's eyeball fogging/booger freezing weather!
