really 4 spellings.. ok now that's unfair how are you supposed to know if you've spelled it right??

Oh yeah loads of weird sensations... wait til you sit there watching your stomach writhe. So many weird sensations. I'd try walking more but the hip/back problem is making walking a bit difficult

and LOL on the somersaults... I can't even roll over from one side to the other without significant help.
