They are still hiring for Serenity. Some of the OB people, who hadn't had a response to their photos, telephoned and were hired.

Sorry, my link doesn't work, keeps linking to a different thread. Basically, some people at the OB hadn't had a response to their photos, so decided to try phoning. They were advised to call the following number:

The number didn't work to begin with, hence the post mentioned by Meaculpa. This post was later edited to say the number was now working:

A couple of the OB people have since called and have been offered parts. Once again though I would advise you to only call if you genuinely want a part and are able to work when asked, we don't want to put them off hiring us.

i spoke with someone at background players and gave him a link to get my headshots. i found a Hostel that's $17 a night and is right down thestreet from the universal lot... :::fingers crossed:::
