I don't know if I could watch it over and over but Jumper was so terrible it was somewhat entertaining.
SPOILERIFIC REVIEW OF TERRIBLE PLOT POINTS BELOW!!!
The guy discovers his powers as a young teenager. Immediately the voice over says "so I figured it was time to move on" and he ditches his Dad and entire life and goes off on his own. Not even bothering to tell anyone that he survived falling through some ice on a frozen lake. Then when he's a young adult he decides to head back home and find his childhood crush who doesn't seem to mind that he's been presumed dead for years. After about 5 minutes of catching up she agrees to fly to Paris with him. Then when they get there and check into a hotel she decides it's time to jump him. Oh yeah this all makes perfect sense. It's like the writers had only observed human behavior through a telescope and had no idea what the motivation was behind anything people do.

Zeek: Will you hate me if I say I liked Jumper? Sure, huge plot holes were abundant, but I liked the concept and the special effects. :D
I love cheesy high school movies. And musicals. Take that to the next logical progression and you have my secret shame of "horrible-movies-that-I-love-and-could-watch-over-and-over-again."
Maybe that makes my enjoyment of Jumper more explainable.
Dress decision: I will not be dipping last year's in mustard. I will be keeping new yellow and wearing it. :D I'm willful and stubborn. ;)

Won't hate you. In fact after watching it I told my brother he should netflix it for a good laugh. I mean really the one dude jumps on a dune buggy to ride 3 feet and then jump and then we just see him jump back driving a bus or something. You can already jump. What the heck do you need a dune buggy for!?!
At least the chick was hot.

"Battle of the Worlds" is the bad movie I watch over again. I am not sure if it is because Claude Rains is in it or the horrible background music. I have respect for Claude Rains. He has done some fine work, but this is over the top. Actually it works, since it goes so well with the rest of the movie. The plot has potential, but it is poorly written. The special effects are about what you would expect from a 60's European film. I think I watch it because of they way Mr. Rains bites down on his cigar and insults everybody. I get the feeling this would have been popular in Japan if they had added a monster somewhere in the story.
