inspired by Zark1976's posts illustrating the wisdom of Jayne and the Tao of River, i am putting the following proverbs from Badger up to help us all in this troubled 'verse.
1. Punctuality is important
"You're later than i'd like"
2. Keep up to date on current events
"this bulletin just came across my desk saying "rogue vessel, classification Firefly performing illegal salvage on a derelict transport"
3. show an interest in your colleagues
"what were you in that war you failed to win?"
4. there is always enough time for hygene
"show me your teeth"
5. always always always say what you mean
"you can't buy an invitation without a diamond the size of a testicle, but i happen to have my hands on a couple... OF INVITES!"
may we all live better lives now, and possibly wear very fine hats
