Quote:LOL!!! That's okay, because every character in Red vs Blue thought the same thing as well XD part of the point. She even had a voice modulator for the first couple of eps to make herself sound like a guy :P silly Tex.

Mine was assigned to me by the FCC in 1980, and is unique in the world in context. I've always felt I should never say anything I wouldn't say in person, so this is how I'm known on almost every board I'm on. (On the others I just use my full name.)

This was the first forum I ever joined and I wondered at the time if there was some protocol. My initial inclination was to use my real name, but a few months of lurking had already shown me that someone else's SN (which I now know is their first name and a colloquial modifier) is almost exactly the same, so I dug through the show and came up with: MwaHaHa.
It turned out, a little more lurking showed me, that that was already a tag line on yet another person's account. That fact, combined with my real life need for an emergency email-ectomy, encouraged me to reboot.
Self, I thought, why not go all the way back to the beginning? The big bang birth pang of the Whedonverse!
So I did. The opening credits of the first (and every, sans OMWF,) episode of Buffy, as the theme starts and that filtered sun rises into the image, for the briefest of briefliest moments, the words 'Who Died' flash on the screen.

Very weird film.
Also studied the Potamkin, a Russian film from that era, which has a very familiar scene whereby a baby carriage rolls down a long flight of stairs while a battle ensues (it was used in The Untouchables with Kevin Costner).
You didn't happen to see the Russian film "Alekandr Nevskiy" with the battle on the frozen lake.

No, but I got to see and review Metropolis. Ah, the movies of the 20's were really strange. Silent jammys were loads of fun.

I'm picturing,in my twisted little mind, that she's a cross between Zoe and River - Warrior Woman with a heart of Gold (for me, that is. It's my fantasy so I indulge a bit.)
Ahhhh, women who kick butt.
Did I write that out loud?
