My opinions are in fairly sharp contrast with yours. I still haven't seen Nemesis or Insurrection, so I'll have to leave them off the list.

9. Star Trek (2009)

8. The Search for Spock

7. Final Frontier

6. Generations

5. The Voyage Home

And Oppy, you either forgot one or you don't like it at all.

I wrote a treatment before Enterprise (in 2000) began that basically took the ideas in "The Undiscovered Country" and continued them into the future. Majel Roddenberry actually read it, but they had already decided to revisit the origins of Trek. Basically, my treatment was that a group of rebels found a disabled Enterprise that had been left in a Nebula. They band together to fight a now corrupt Federation and try to make alliances to retake Earth from the dark forces that were revealed in "The Undiscovered Country". BTW It was called Star Trek: Phoenix and I registered it with the WGA in 2002.

Generations sucked so bad, I thought it was a writer's black hole.

It wasn't any more far fetched than The Voyage Home.
Even with Data's "Emotion Chip", and the 2 captains working together? Granted, the story(and bad guy) was a bit flimsy....but surely you jest.
1994 was a good year for Star Trek. I never thought I'd see Picard and Kirk sharing the big screen.

It's funny, I've seen them all but I can't off the top of my head differentiate any of the Next Gen movies! lol I remember being impressed when they crashed the saucer section in whatever movie that was but I don't recall enjoying the rest of the film. I remember liking well enough one everyone totally hated, but I'm not sure which one that is--prolly the one with F. Murray Abraham. And of the Original cast movies I really only liked the Whale one. That's the only one that brought the major charm factor of the tv show forward. But the movie that blows all of them out of the water in terms of bringing forward the charm of the original series is Star Trek (2009).

So, 11.) The one where they "meet god"--deeply silly.
10.) The one with Christopher Plummer as the Shakespeare obsessed Klingon.
9.) The Motion Picture. Zzzzzzzzz.
8-3.) None of them as good as whole seasons of the original series (Space Seed > Wrath of Khan)
2.) Whale one. "Double dumb-ass on you!"
1.) McCoy's finest cinematic hour--Star Trek (2009)

Hey, hey, hey, don't be mean. We don't have to be mean, because, remember, no matter where you go, there you are.
