I know what your saying Optimus1998. I don't watch much primetime during the Summer and nearly miss the premiers of several shows when September comes along.

CBS moved Medium just to attack Dollhouse. There was no other reason to move them. As I said I am a fan of Medium, but I am giving my support to Dollhouse because it is a hell of a fine show and I haye when networks play the ratings game. I know they all do it, but Dollhouse was given a chance and I want FOX to know the made the right choice in keeping it.

My daughter and I were discussing just last night how nice for them and us it would be if they spread the shows around more and quit trying to win the battle and saw the overall war as a draw. They'd all get advertising and make money and we'd all get to watch a variety of good shows!
They cut their own noses off to spite their face as my Grandma used to say.
I get the need to make money, but it's become just ridiculous.
You know all the joking we heard during the Emmy's about network tv's days being numbered? One of these days they're going to compete themselves right out of the market. In the future it'll be too easy to access what we want when we want it and on good sized screens too. On Demand and Hulu and tvs connected to computers will make viewing much better and we won't have to adjust to their time schedules.

Exactly FollowMal. I plan to watch Medium later on Hulu. So why did they put it against Dollhouse.
I would be angry with CBS, but all the networks do this. I went to FOX's website and gave them some positive feedback on Dollhouse and Fringe. I figure it is best to start the campaign for positive reinforcement before they cancel any shows.

I'm sure Medium was placed where it is to be a companion piece to Ghost Whisperer. That has been on CBS for four years, same night and time, so they weren't going to move it.
I think we need to face the fact that Joss is not for the masses, and I disagree that it would do well together with Fringe. Completely different perspectives on characterization and plot. I wish they had given Dollhouse the Tuesday spot that Fringe had last year. I know there isn't a great spot on any night that wouldn't conflict with something else, but until V starts in November I'm not watching anything on Tuesdays.

Yeah, they all do. It's a shame, because it defeats their purpose ( having viewers ) in the long run.

You watched Warehouse 13 when it was on Tuesdays right? I miss it, I really was enjoying that show. What has SyFy replaced it with? I haven't checked.

I'm just disappointed with network shows in general. No originality or good writing.
The exception is "How I met your Mother" (NPH, need I say more?), "The Big Bang Theory" (sort of a Whedon show with Zack on the writing staff and the marvelous Jim Parsons), "Castle" (I could care less about the murder of the week, it's all about the chemistry between Nathan Fillion and Stana Katic and Molly Quinn must be included too), and "Dollhouse".
The rest of the time I'm likely to be tuned into the Food Network, History, TLC or watching DVDs. Either movies I didn't want to shell out $20 for at a crowded, noisy theater or a whole series that I can take in several big gulps ("True Blood" Season 1 and "Generation Kill" were my latest).
