My heart now looks forward to the first time I see Serenity again. My only contact with her since I watched them pulling apart her last remnants at the Fox lot has been the cargo bay doors, with us on location. It will warm my cockles to see her reborn, courtesy of the creative minds of Universal. This will not be an exact duplicate, folks. Learn to love it. Be comfortable with the idea of getting to know her all over again, and falling in love all over again. For she is our home now.
Let's go home.

*Sniff*

I seem to have some dust in my eye or something. Honest!

Is it just me, or does Nathan just seem intent on making us all a bit misty eyed?

They may change a few things cosmetically about Serenity Captain, but they can't change what Serenity is and that is home. She always will be home for all of us. Everytime I see her on tv I get goosebumps. I can't wait to see her on the big screen.

Oh, and of course Wash's three switches.

If any of those are missing It'll break my heart.

Still watch the movie till the film wears out but it'll be with a sad little empty space.

Hehe... and before i forget, I Love this man, not in a sly way but any person who is that dedicated to a job... and to the people who enjoy what he does in that job... Is worthy of more then a little love for the Cap'n

I would hate it if they changed, or even didn't give enough emphasis to, some of the characters' original storylines. Wash and Zoe were so much in love and kept a little friction/jealousy going because of Zoe's loyalty to the Cap'n. I hope Joss continues that thread through the movie. I look forward to seeing some great scenes with Zoe and Wash! Love conquers all!

That's a really kick-butt description and yes he does have a way with words. His flair is extremely evident. Seems to me that this movie will go above and beyond and as well it should! The cast and the sounds of the script are truly beyond our imaginations ;)

Shiny! Time for a big-screen retrofit!

When I read this I just got all choked up. With the news of the BDM, we're flyin' already, but to get back to Serenity and the crew, IS like going home!
