Firefly and Serenity on Bluray

I've just bought Serenity on Blu Ray. I remember a while a go that somebody said that the only way to get the special edition of Serenity in the UK, was to buy it on Blu Ray... Is this true?
Second question. Anybody know why the UK does not have Firefly on Blu Ray yet? I'd buy it as soon as I could.

dunno about the first question.
second one: Well, it only just came out on blu-ray last year over here, and I think that was only a month before the movie came out on blu-ray. But, looking at amazon.co.uk it says it has Firefly available as a US import. Will that not work over there? :\ The customer reviews have nothing bad to say.

Most Blu rays are region free, but I don't know how the NTSC/PAL difference works with them.
