Korean maki-sushi (gah, I don't know what it's really called) actually has blanched watercress and bar-b-que meat strips in it.
*ponder* maybe I should just be lazy and bring stuffs to make pan sushi -- sushi rice with all teh good stuff on top (usually cooked canned tuna and maybe some ebi powder...)
(okay, someone tell me why I'm plotting foodstuff for a 'con two years from now?)
*grabs a box of red vines, mini-cooler with ice cream sammiches and properly shined 'Dew, and a Drumstick and picks a shadow-y spot to hang out in whilst waiting for ninjakitty...*
