Rose- totally hear you there. I am currently praying to every known higher power that the sore throat and stuffy nose are travel related, pregnancy related, or allergy related and not a precursor of sickness as I have absolutely no sick days left that aren't slated for maternity leave...

Except I'll probably be studying desperately by then, and not likely to take an entire weekend off from cramming information into my wee bitty brain pan.
(Plans to return to school finally for a master's degree in midwifery, but really needs to get settled into the new job first. Probably applying in about 6 months.)
Doctroid will be back tomorrow probably. I *might* be able to get the kitchen curtains done before then.
He *might* actually notice them, or that the old ones are down if I don't finish, but after a 12 hour drive it's doubtful.
(After a 12 hour drive he *might* notice me standing on the kitchen table naked, too, but I wouldn't hold my breath.)
