You really, really, REALLY need to look into that whole "freedom of speech" thing. The Constitution says you can't be imprisoned for what you say (the Supreme Court has said there are some restrictions on that, such as yelling "Fire!" in a crowded movie theatre), but it certainly doesn't say there will be no consequences for what you say.
Put it to the test in your workplace. Walk right up to your boss or the owner of the company and call them a fucking idiot cunt, and see where that lands you. My guess is it will NOT net you that great promotion you were angling for. :)
This place isn't "in public", either; you joined here in order to post, and you agreed to the terms when you joined. Don't like it? There's the door.
Saying you've been censored is really weak, too. I rather doubt you have been. I've seen some REALLY outrageous stuff posted here, and Haken hasn't pulled it down or banned anyone as far as I've ever seen. Maybe you'll be the first, but I rather doubt it, and wouldn't want to see anyone banned, even if it was for "valid" reasons.

The INTERNET is public, so anyone can say anything they want...on their own website. As you've been told, on another person's website, THEY have the right to set the rules and tell you what you can and can't talk about. You've never heard of "moderators"? Most sites have them, and if you've been to a site where they do, you'll find out right quick what's allowed and what's not allowed.
That's about "private property rights", which trumps freedom of speech. You can SAY anything on someone's private property, but they can also call the police and have you thrown OFF that property. Then, as mentioned, you can say all those things on PUBLIC property. Think of it that way, maybe you'll understand it better.
As I said, I haven't seen any sign of censorship; I'd like to know what to what you are referring...

As with everything else, in this you are wrong. Anyone who wants to read your insane rantings and offensive attitude still can. Unlike most forums, posts here are never deleted, some are just moved. I was thinking "troll" fodder as I was reading some of the comments by the misinformed complainee who started this post....we gotta take the good with the bad folks...not always the best scenario but them's the breaks when we don't all enjoy the same evolutionary advantages.

But there is a place on this forum for discussions like this -- Real World Events. I don't expect trolly to know that but I sure hate reading this stuff in the General Discussions.
If I want to see people fuss & complain or hurl insults, I go to the RWED. FFF.net is my happy place. I sure wish this guy would stop mucking it up.
