I see there is censorship in here now you can no longer speak freely. But I am still close to finging out the truth even tho there are some that don't want to truth to come out but it will you can take that to the bank.

You are on the internet posting on a website not run by yourself (though I wouldn't be shocked if this place actually is run by you. It would be the only thing you apparently don't do if you don't). You have the rights the owners of this webpage allow you to have. You have freedom of speech as defined by them. If they don't like the stuff you have to say, they can remove it and not have to answer a thing about it. The 1st Amendment does not apply here. Sorry.

The 1st Amendment is the law in the U.S. no message board is above the law. I know people who live in England like Jack Peacekeeper might not understand this but i would expect people in the U.S. to know this.

You are, quite simply, incorrect.
The first amendment does not apply to private property. this is a privately owned board, and the owner can make whatever rules they want. Just as a restaurant can kick you out for saying something offensive. It is not a restriction on freedom of speech - because you are still perfectly capable of starting your own site, or standing in the street outside the restaurant, and saying whatever you want there.
Learn the law before hiding behind it.

I am not wrong The First Amendment states that the Federal government, and state governments through the 14th Amendment, may not pass legislation which interferes with citizen¿s freedom of press, religion, speech, and the right to assemble. However, private companies and organizations, acting in their own capacity, may not restrict this right. Server operators, which act as the private regulators of internet material, may not include in their terms of service agreement restrictions which act to limit First Amendment Rights in order to protect the integrity of their systems.

No one has passed legislation, nor is the service provider infinging at all. It's a private site - not the whole internet. Do some research before making a bigger fool of yourself.
