Re-watching season 4 now, Cordy is all glowie, but exactly how did she get there again ? Skip feeds here line about some 'gift' from the Higher Powers, but wasn't that all just a ruse, to get her out of the way and position things for later on?
So, exactly who was it that was behind all this ? Did we ever find out for certain ?

Ok, If you are talking about Cordy being a higher being, you are right. In the last episode of season 3 Cordy is on her way to meet Angel and Skip froze time and told she was a champion and being called to a higher plain to fight evil. The rest of your question will be answered in season 4 so I don't want to give it away, but Skip will be dealt with

I've seen the whole series, a couple of times, but the specific issue of Skip and his role in the arrival of Jasmine is what I'm having trouble remembering. I know he SAYS Cordy was 'chosen' and all, but that gets explained and well, later on, you'll see what I'm talking about.

Ok, I'm watching the episode where the confront Skip on his role in all this and he makes it pretty clear that Jasmine hired him to set things in motion. I think the episode is called Inside Out. Although, he doesn't give the name Jasmine, it's pretty clear that he's talking about her. His part was to nudge events in the correct direction for all this to happen.
