Any new info on a Browncoat Map?

A couple months ago, there was a thread about creating a map showing where all us browncoats are from. I understand it was not a simple task. I really like the idea, though, so I was wondering if Haken (or anyone else) had figured out a way to make it work on this site.

BTW, Haken, thanks for creating and maintaining such a great place for Browncoats to gather.

I checked out the bravenet things mentioned..we don't want to go there. Spam and popups or $6 a month to stop the ads and popups. So I'll keep looking,
