What are some of the substantial things/people/events in your life?

Substantial Thing: The back corner of our front 20 acres. For some reason it is one of the most comfortable places in the world to me.

Hella Ninja Zero

After whittling down unnecessary things in a few aspects of my life really cut down on stress, expenditure, and time spent. As I stated in a PM to a friend at another site, I feel Office Space free.

Bleh the kitty ultrasound went as I expected. Which means bad. Looks like her kidneys have been a problem since birth. Undersized and malformed. Now it's just a waiting game. *Zeek sad*

OH Zeek sweety I am so so sorry. I wish we could do somethign to help. Poor little kitty.... big virtual HUGS to you both

NV hmm apart from you and teh baby.. I'd say my books. As long as I have my books things are always ok

On a side , yet book related, note I started reading the Sookie Stackhouse books and they are really good. I'm glad it's HBO doing them so they're done right

I'm not really sure bout this ponderable. D*C is a place I love to be. It's awesome and I dont think I've been much happier in recent years than I was when I was there. But in general, I like my guitars. I'm not all that great, and dont ever make much progress, but I always like playing.

Which is why you should bring a guitar to D*C:)

Ach! I keep forgetting I'm logged in as teh wife.

Sorry 'bout the kitty Zeek. Honestly I am a bit afraid of the bond between cats and people. Been there and it is not a place I'd like to be ever again.

*hugs for sad Zeek*

I've already come up with a solution. Denial!

See here's what I'm running with. Most cats with kidney problems start to show signs around 10 years old and then they have maybe a year left. When Kaylee got an infection it made the signs show up way early. So, now that the infection is gone we're ahead of the game and with fluids and meds she's going to live to be 100. That's infallible logic. lalalalalalala
