That's pretty much what I just assumed. Both are obvious about what they're really intending to do here, and the appearance of the one so soon after the other suggests that they're closely related.
The name of the OP here also suggests that both are fully aware of what they are doing.
Enough so that I'm starting to believe that this isn't some newcomer, but someone with a pre-existing account.
Because of the comments about the acceptability of the internet "txt" (clear irony) I'm also reasonably sure this ISN'T whozits, who doesn't really use correct grammar and spelling. I could be wrong, but I suspect this is someone trying to frame whozits. Someone who usually has impeccable grammar and spelling.
Does anyone here have any recent reason to troll here? And a past history of descending to internet speak to mock other board users when pushed into a fight?

Well, Out2theBlack has been called out on a few things in RWED, and he's been ducking some people over there.
But I don't think he's clever enough to resort to the whole "txt-spk" thing.
