YES YES YES! Welcome to the third installment of Caption Tightpants: Aim to Misbehave! And proof of how I am misbehaving, is this week we had a tie in the voting, and for the first time in a Tightpants contest ever, I am having CO-WINNERS! Yes, I liked them both so much, I refused to cast a tie breaking vote! See how I scoff at the Alliance, and make them suck my hard burn exhaust? Okay, enough of my rambling insanity! Here's the WINNERS!!!

Congratulations to Traveler and Mutt999! Now remind me, aren't you both returning champions? I'm fair certain your legend tells of past CT victories! Way to go!
