PayPal statements have just been sent out to all the shiny Browncoats who have registered for the 2004 Browncoat Ball, except for those who are Browncoat Ball Committee members (don't fret, we'll be contacting you all soon!). There was supposed to be a lovely note included with the statement, but it never goes smooth. How come it never goes smooth? So, I'm including the note below.

If you haven't registered yet, you can do so at http://browncoatball.com/register.html

If you have any questions, send us an e-mail at info@browncoatball.com

And if you registered, but did not receive a PayPal statement, please send me an e-mail at info@browncoatball.com

Amy

Howdy Browncoats!

The Browncoat Ball Committee invites you to sign up for the 2004 Browncoat Ball mailing list.

Once you've signed up, you will receive e-mail updates on all the shiny plans for the 2004 Brownocat Ball, as well as special
snail-mailings.

The e-mail updates will feature the most recent scoop on the social event of the season, as well as info about making hotel reservations, Afternoon in the Core activities, travel tips, guest appearances by VIPs and costuming ideas!

This is simply a mailing list to keep you posted on information about the Browncoat Ball. There is no need to commit to attending the Ball quite yet (though you are welcome to do so if you'd like at http://www.browncoatball.com/register.html).

If you've already registered for the Ball, you don't need to sign up for the mailing list, but we think you'll enjoy some of the updates
we're planning on sending your way.

To sign up, all you have to do is send an e-mail with "Subscribe" in the subject line to mailinglist@browncoatball.com.

THIS sounds like one hell of a shindig!

I'm planing on attending. Gotta save up the cash.

Is there anyone form the Pittsburgh, PA/Wheeling, WV/Columbus or Cleveland, OH area going? Finding someone to carpool with would be quite shiny!

Shiny!

There are some Ohio Browncoats heading to Chicago for the Ball!

You should definitely post in the Roadtrip! thread at the Browncoat Ball forums that you are looking for someone to carpool with. You can find the thread at http://www.browncoatball.com/forum/

Looking forward to meeting you in September!

The Browncoat Ball invitations are in the mail and on their way!

If you know of anyone whose in need of a BCB invite, pass their names and addresses along to mailinglist @ browncoatball dot com

It was fun making the invitiations, but not nearly as much fun as the Ball will be :-)
