Damn!!! Ames pulled one over on me!!!! I'll get him. Anyway, my favorite DA ep is, the season 1 finallie as well, i particularly like the part where Logan is crying like a baby over Max, just after she "DIED", and then that bastard Lydecker hit him in the head with his rifle butt, KO'ing him.

They are also both gifted intellectually and physically.

I have to go with Max. She's still got most of her marbles, psychologically. Big advantage.

My second favorite moment, was in season 2's "Fugeddaboudit", when Max kicks Alec in the balls for calling her a bitch.
