He made a few that are tough to watch *ahem HonkytonkMan ahem*. "Play Misty For Me" is creepy - as are "The Dead Pool" and "Tightrope".
However, the overwhelming majority of his films are magnificent. He's right up there with John Wayne, obviously.

They're all good, though! I thought Dirty Harry was a decent sort of fella, and I always love the way ol'Clint gives'em the stinkeye and makes'em all piss their pants...yeah, gotta love a man that makes everybody piss themselves just by lookin' at'em!

Traveler, Some how I knew you would pick Paint Your Wagon, classic choice. I'm not an Eastwood fan. Duke fan all the way. Dirty Harry moives I can watch. But one I really like is Where Eagles Dare with Richard Burton. You'll not see that again. I enjoy Kelly's Heroes too.
