Good for her. I hope she continues to have a conscience about the work she does.
I'm a regular "red-blooded American guy" as the saying goes, and I definitely like the ladies, and am even turned on by girl-girl pairings, but I think there is something askew with several actresses these days thinking it's all okay to doff their duds on screen. Anna Paquin and Lizzy Caplan from True Blood come to mind right off.

I don't realize what the fuss is about and what this has to do with conscience.
The movie was going to go in a direction Summer wasn't comfortable with, she turned down the role, end of story. Why do people need to villainize the film because of that?
Why doesn't anyone ask about her conscience portraying acts of violence in movies and television?
Oh right, because sex is bad, violence is good.

It's all good, as long as the sex is nice & the violence ends with the bad guy getting all blowed up.

That's an attitude I can respect.

She'll be fine, it was a stupid little indy flick. It's not like she turned down "Gone with the Wind" or "TITANIC"

I LIKE a lot of the stupid little indie flicks....that said;more power to the beautiful lass for going her own way vs. the "marketing"....
If it went against her comfort levels&zones;than so be it.now if only I could persuade her to looking after my own spiritual welfare.....

I don't get what the big hang up is about nudity, it's natural. I don't get why Americans make such a big deal out of it. I'm a fan of 24, but it's okay for Jack Bauer to kill and torture people every week but it's not okay for Anna Paquin to show her breasts? ...I think there's something slightly off about that.
Oh no, the zombies killed god!
