Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog DVD was released to (non-Amazon.com) retailers today. Best Buy brick and mortar stores have it. Anyone seen it elsewhere?

I checked one Target and one Wal-Mart. No luck. It wasn't in the new release section at Best Buy. I found it in the TV section under D. When I left they had one less and there were some in the new release section, the TV section under D and the musical section.

Yep, time to kick our merchandising skills into high gear. Last time I used mine was when the Serenity Collectors Edition came out. Those Best Buy & Target stockers got nothin' on me.

Everyone remembers what to do, right? Front and center wherever folks might look for them.
The Whedons have themselves a gem with Dr.H -- it's important that everyone else finds that out too.

I wanted to go check today but got sidetracked. Tomorrow definitely -- headed to Target to buy hubby's Father's Day gift. Best Buy is right next door. I'll check both and see what I can find.

OK, I made it to Target today and they didn't have any Dr. Horrible. Even had an employee look it up in the computer. Nope!

Next door at Best Buy they had 3 copies in the TV on DVD section. I moved 2 of those to the New Release bin. "Defiance" had an empty row (seriously, does it really need 2 rows?) so I put Dr. Horrible there. I was in a hurry so didn't have time to stop by Musical section.

I noticed that its available on Netflix.

Netflix is probably like Best Buy. They only have 3 copies and everyone in America who wants to watch it has to wait for one of the three copies to come available. LOL
