Pig out in Pizza Hut, wait a while, then pig out on ice cream cake (Frozen vanilla custard, Oreo chunks, swirls of fudge...). And of course, open my presents (went clothes shopping a couple days ago, now I get to open up my clothes and wear them!). My uncle Bill also gave me a stack of CDs to listen to! So I'll be listening to those too ^.^

I was engulfed in 7 and 8 after they came out. Haven't had the chance to play any other since. I started 10 but my loving nephew murdered my PS2 before I got too far into it. This may prove to be the test of my "trying not to game too much" mettle.

You can never game too much.

And FFVII is supposed to be available in the playstation store to download today, so far nothing. It seems XIV will be coming out about the same time as XIII... still no news about VersusXIII though.

I just downloaded Reident Evil Directors Cut the other day. I haven't cussed at the PS3 as much as I did after playing it. I get to rushed and try to do everything without saving.

And now Final Fantasy VII. I had WELL over a hundred hours invested in that back in the day. I must refrain from that download.

Teach me to order spicy food in Detroit when I come from KS... (kansans apparently don't know what spicy is, according to my mom, and now she's proved right...)

I only paid $400 for mine... MGS4 is on the PS3, that's all I needed to know. It also doubles as a blu ray player and it has that folding @ home thing on it, so I'm helping to cure...something.

Second day on my new job and I'm toasted. A beautiful 68 degrees, bright sunshine, a bright yellow safety vest that reflects the sunlight under my hard hat and voila... One Barbecued Brian... comin right up!!!

And after two days on the other side of the stop sign, I will NEVER complain about being stuck in traffic at a construction zone again.

Trying to keep traffic moving while avoiding not being run over by idiot Tractor Trailer drivers (Twice today) and listening to some 80 year old little old lady screaming at me because she'll be late for her doctors appointment...

Well I have a great deal more respect for the folks doing traffic control now that I am one.

There.... Anyway, which way to the hot tub filled with aloe....

I just this morning put in an app at one place, and called to speak to the nursing recruiters at another two, and called to find out the status on another place I'd sent my resume. I'm just getting an idea of what's out there. I'm also dealing with the fact that every nursing school in town just sent out another fresh batch of grads. Whoopsie.

No rush.

You know, I'm not surprised peanut's kicking. Have you seen the legs on Mr Peanut? (back when there were commercials with him in them..)

Today I painted the porch floor (first coat) and worked more on the chicken pen. We'll test it tomorrow. Plus there was laundry, dishes, and a pan of something oaty/chocolatey that tried to play volcano in the oven. I'm not sure exactly what is is, but it's pretty interesting. Highly Experimental Baking Project. It was my day off.

I've decided I'm not going to Pennsic this year. I can't be sure I'll get the time off, and by the time I know it'll be too late to get a refund. Plus Doctroid's likely to be on an experiment then. Chaos is not my boon companion.

Like I said, that ain't all of it. And that's nothing, Roxy and Avery have heard me get pissed off about how the PSP cases are smaller than the other ones so I have to push them to the front otherwise they'rte too far back and I can't see them and it bothers me...

I have to say the idea of a little multiplayer psp is not one which I normally argue with, but I cant see it happening too much at D*C. Cause we'll be busy, and Avery will hurt us for not being included, and MSA will steal them as part of her general greater plotting and planninng. They're best kept in the safe.

I honestly have trouble remembering being sixteen. Read a book recently that had one of those timeslip jobs, waking up sixteen again - that's a gorram horror story, far as I'm concerned. Life didn't get good until I was as far away from school as I could get.

I managed to pull some slightly mangled text out of the wreckage of the old machine - there may be some hope.

Yeah, it's not quite bread and water diet, but it sometimes feels like it...

Well, back to work. Today we've got a meeting that they're actually blocked time out of the schedule for! We're taking a "customer service cruise", lucky us. We need a "find your proffessional attitude in whatever drawer you tossed it and get your smiley game face on" cruise.

Plus a couple of other things.

Sigh.

At least the manager said they're bringing lunch with them since it's a working lunch. Yay for not having to pack. I left some there day before yesterday just in case the plan falls through.. 'cause things do that sometimes.
